Howe 64, Farmersville 20.

Given a one-day reprieve due to weather conditions, the Lady Farmers saw their District 10-3A record fall to 0-4 after a 64-20 loss in Howe on Jan. 7.

The Howe offense had its second most productive night of the season with that 64-point outburst. The Lady Bulldogs were in double-digits in every quarter and the visitors never saw that plateau.

Junior guard Peyton Streetman, with 17 points on 5-of-9 shooting from the field, led the Howe attack. She also had a pair of steals on the defensive end.

Senior Kamryn Fulenchek had a season-high 13 points, making 6-of-10 attempts from the field. She shot 50 percent from 3-point range in the contest.

After building a 32-9 lead in the first half, Howe coach Derek Lands began to empty his bench. Each of the 10 varsity players available scored in the 44-point win.

Senior Landry Rhoten added eight points and she collected five rebounds.

Senior Kayla Anderson continued her impressive defensive work with seven boards and four points.

Freshman Ally Harvey had eight rebounds, six on the offensive end and she also added four points in the game.

After traveling to Van Alstyne for a Jan. 10 game, Howe will be on the road on January 13th, facing Gunter in a non-district clash.
