The Howe Bulldogs, baseball champions of District 11-2A, were well represented on the 2014 All-District team.
Senior pitcher Garrett Fulenchek was named the league’s Most Valuable Player, a well-deserved honor.
Junior Quinton Harris, the Bulldogs’ hard-hitting first baseman, was one of three players who shared the district’s Offensive Player of the Year award.
Howe head coach Torrey Ognoskie, in his first season with the Bulldogs, was named Coach of the Year.
First Team selections went to senior Randle Nix and junior Easton Ross.
Earning second team honors were senior Bryce Mosier, junior Caleb Ake, and sophomores Griffin Underwood and Stratton Carroll.
Honorable mention selections were awarded to Zach Blevins, Nick Wilson and Josh Griffin.
Congratulations to coach Ognoskie and all of his players who received this postseason recognition.
