On Sunday, April 7, officers were dispatched to Love’s Truck Stop after a call regarding intoxicated individuals. Tyler Plum and Joshua Halliburton were arrested for public intoxication and possession of drug paraphernalia.

On Saturday, April 6, officers investigated a burglary in the 1200 block of Ash. "The homeowner had left the garage door open, and the suspect took items from the vehicle parked in the garage," said Anna Det. Pete Copin.

Also on Saturday, officers responded to the 400 block of Baldwin regarding injury to a child. "The case was turned over to Child Protective Services," said Copin.

Also on Saturday, in the 600 block of S. Central Expressway John Keith was arrested for public intoxication and driving without a valid driver’s license.

On Thursday, April 4, officers were dispatched to the 1600 block of White Oak regarding a burglary of a motor vehicle where a GPS was taken.

On Wednesday, April 3, officers responded to the 100 block of Rett Road on a terroristic threat, criminal mischief and domestic violence call. The suspect had fled before the officers arrived and the case is under investigation.

On Tuesday, April 2, officers responded to the 200 block of Tamur Cascade on a criminal mischief call where the tires of a parked vehicle were cut.

During the week a number of warrant arrests were acted upon. Following a traffic stop, Billy Arizmendi was arrested for warrants out of Dallas. A traffic stop on northbound U.S. 75 and Mantua resulted in the arrest of Duan Bryant for outstanding warrants also out of Dallas. Marshall Kentson was stopped on FM 455 and arrested for warrants out of Dallas. Following a reported disturbance in the 300 block of Olivia, Chas Morrison was arrested on outstanding traffic warrants from Plano.
