In keeping up with the tradition of Chambers of Commerce hosting ribbon cutting ceremonies to welcome new businesses into the chamber, the Greater Anna Chamber of Commerce greeted CrossPoint Church into the organization.

The GACC Executive Director Kevin Hall said the chamber welcomes CrossPoint. “As Anna continues to grow in population and diversity it is nice to see the church being represented in our community,” Hall said. “This is one more way that we can now live, work, play and worship in our local community. Nonprofit organizations, such as CrossPoint Church, are always welcome as member of the Greater Anna Chamber of Commerce.”

CrossPoint is there for anybody wanting to find Christ. “We are a Life-Giving Church in Anna, Texas. We believe we exist to help people find life in Christ,” the website states. “Our desire is to bring people to a point that they encounter Christ, receive His forgiveness, and begin to live out their purpose.

“We believe when you discover your design, you discover your destiny,” the website continues “We realize when you encounter Christ, and begin a relationship with Him, it stirs a desire within you to share that newfound hope and peace with others. We realize that God loved the world, and gave His Son, for us. We would love an opportunity to get to know you, and your family.”’

CrossPoint Church Pastor Chris Jones said they joined the chamber because of his spirited interest in the community.

“CrossPoint Church exists to help people find Life in Christ. We are passionate about our community, and the unchurched,” Jones said.

“We have a desire to help people know God, find freedom, discover their purpose, and make a difference. Wherever you are in the journey, we want to help you take the next step toward God. At CrossPoint Church you will discover people who love and care about you, exciting and engaging worship, and a challenging and relevant message,” said Jones.

Jones said he is excited for the chance to preach to the community. “We are committed to helping our children and youth discover their own personal relationship with Christ,” Jones said. “We are excited to have the opportunity to minister to Anna, and the entire North Texas Area.”

Services are held every Sunday at 10:30 a.m. in the Childhood Center at 601 S. Sherley, located next door to the Anna ISD offices.

“We look forward to meeting you and your family soon,” Jones said.
