A Howe man was injured after his vehicle went off the roadway and struck a fence Sunday night.

David Crees, 40, was driving westbound on FM 902, west of U.S. Highway 75, Texas Department of Public Safety Trooper Mark Tackett said. At about 8:30 p.m., Crees veered off the roadway for an unknown reason, and the vehicle stuck a pipe fence.

Crees was transported by helicopter to the Medical Center of Plano for injuries that were not life threatening, Tackett said. No other vehicles were involved in the crash.
